The Van Buren is Downtown Phoenix's newest live performance venue. The building was home to the Phoenix Motor Company in the 1940s and was originally built as the Dud R. Day Motor Company in 1930. In 2018, The Van Buren was placed on the Phoenix Historical Property Register.
What should I expect?
An evening of unrivaled networking with hundreds of leaders from across Greater Phoenix, incredible food, a signature drink and immersive tech.
What is the suggested attire for the evening?
Cocktail attire or business professional is recommended.
Where do I park? What about rideshare?
Parking details will be shared closer to the event.

Do I need to go through security?
Yes, all guests are required to go through security prior to entering the venue. This will include a quick bag check and a metal detector. For a complete list of prohibited items, click here.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, come hungry (and thirsty). There will be heavy passed hors d’oeuvres, multiple food stations, and a bar stocked with beer, wine and a signature event cocktail along with non-alcoholic options.
Strobe Effect Caution
Please be aware that strobe-effects will be used throughout the event by the performers. Those sensitive to the strobe-effect may wish to consult their doctor.
In addition to unique branding opportunities and highlights on social media, sponsors and those in their parties will have access to an exclusive sponsor lounge space.
Are tickets and sponsorship tax deductible?
Amounts in excess of the value of goods or services received are tax deductible. The estimated value of benefits provided is $100 per ticket.
What if I don't know everyone's details in my party at the time of purchase?
That’s okay. When registering, you will need to fill out all name fields so we recommend that you use the buyer’s name as a placeholder. Once you know who will join your party, please email Bethany Bennick by September 20th to ensure they are registered. Registration is required for entry.
